# NixIt Coach

> NixIt Coach (nixitcoach.com) is practice management software for coaches who serve neurodivergent clients: ADHD coaches, executive function coaches, autism and AuDHD coaches, job coaches, vocational rehabilitation providers, and multi-coach practices. Caseload, intake forms that create client accounts, session tracking and notes, three-perspective goals, custom forms, client messaging, and scheduling in one place, with a consent-gated connection to each client's own NixIt portal at nixit.ai. Coach seats are Practitioner $59 a month (up to 30 active clients), Program $99 a month (up to 150 active clients), and Admin $149 a month (one per organization of two or more). Individuals and families use NixIt free, always, no card. NixIt by text, the AI and SMS layer, is $10 a person each month, or an organization can cover it. Organizations are set up by hand, so the way to start is to book a demo. Built by NixIt AI, Inc., Broomfield, Colorado.

NixIt Coach is one half of the NixIt platform. The other half is NixIt for individuals and families (https://nixit.ai), the daily executive function support system clients use between sessions. The two connect through consent: the client opens the gate, the coach sees what the client chooses to share. NixIt is connected through consent, never surveillance.
